Terms of service.

By accessing or using continuu.it ("the service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of service and by our Privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

continuu.it is a tool for organizing projects, tasks, ideas, and routines, with an optional AI assistant. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

To use most features you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Some features require a paid plan. Prices and the features of each plan are shown on the site and may change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Unless required by law, amounts paid are non-refundable for periods that have already started.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the service, or use it to send spam, malware, or abusive or illegal content.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the service (projects, tasks, ideas, notes, and messages).

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to use it.

The AI assistant generates responses automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not treat its responses as professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output from the assistant before acting on it.

The service, its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your content) are owned by continuu.it or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted no rights other than to use the service in accordance with these terms.

The service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, payments, and AI models). Use of those components may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

After termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your content in accordance with our Privacy policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, continuu.it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are significant, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
